A chamber tube enquiry needs a defined component drawing and material specification. Kingsign has more than 10 years of thick acrylic tube production experience and works with chamber manufacturers on material supply and agreed fabrication.

Mark the critical dimensions

Provide inside diameter, outside diameter, wall thickness and finished length in mm. Mark tolerances, roundness or straightness requirements where specified by your design. Identify surfaces that mate with seals, closures, flanges or other components.

Show the fabrication scope

Include drawing revision, end details, holes, grooves and flange geometry. State whether you require tube material only or additional machining. Give quantity, delivery destination and the date you need the components.

Agree the material and inspection package

Send the material specification, inspection criteria and documents needed for your project. We are familiar with supporting material-related information for customers’ PVHO testing and evaluation. Material supply and document support do not constitute approval of a finished chamber.
