Can acrylic be used as a fish tank? Yes, you can also make very large aquarium facilities such as a large fish tank in the ocean world. Acrylic fish tanks have not yet been popularized on a large scale, and they are still a niche aquatic product. The whole fish tank is transparent and has no joints, which is more beautiful and safer than ordinary glass fish tanks. It weighs less than one-fifth of the glass fish tank.

This United States private villa swimming pool project records a 2,130 × 1,220 × 80 mm acrylic viewing panel, dated 26 July 2023. View original photos and enquire about a similar project.

The choice between glass and acrylic for a swimming pool depends on various factors, and both materials have their advantages and disadvantages. Here are some considerations for each:

The development of science and technology can not only help us predict diseases, but also bring little changes to many aspects of our lives. Look at the luminous acrylic sheet below, which will bring us comfort and convenience. When we suddenly turn on the light at night, we will naturally close our eyes. This is because our eyes cannot stand the sudden strong light stimulation. However, if we put this new type of luminous material in the bathroom, it can emit this soft light that will not damage our eyes all night long.

Acrylic sheets may be scratched on the surface during use, so how should we deal with it? 1. Generally, if there are small scratches on the surface, you can use suede with a little toothpaste to wipe it. You only need to wipe it a few times to restore it. 2. If it is a deeper scratch: 1）Use fine water sandpaper and add water to smooth the scratched area and the surrounding area. 2）Rinse with water, then wipe with suede dipped in toothpaste. 3) If the scratch is still there, it may be that the sandpaper is not polished enough and needs to be operated again. 3. It should be noted that the surface will become fogged after sanding with water sandpaper, which can be restored to brightness by wiping with toothpaste.
