Make the material requirement clear

Our acrylic tube range includes cast and extruded options. If your design specifically requires cast acrylic, state this in your enquiry and drawing so the quoted material can be checked against the requirement. Do not rely on the word clear or a product photo to identify the manufacturing method.

Dimensions and cutting information

• Colour or clarity, outside diameter, wall thickness and finished length in mm.
• Inside diameter and tolerances where a mating part, cover or instrument must fit.
• Quantity and intended use, plus delivery country, city and required date.
• Whether the tube must be supplied in one piece or cut into a list of lengths.
• End finish, holes, machining or other fabrication shown on your drawing.

For several cut pieces, send the complete cutting list and identify any critical finished lengths. Cutting allowance and tolerances must be included when confirming how the pieces fit within a supplied tube. If only one piece is needed, ask us to confirm suitable production or stock options; a published range is not a stock promise.

Equipment and laboratory applications

Include operating conditions and the material documents or acceptance requirements your project needs. Cast material alone does not establish an operating pressure, temperature rating or approval for a finished assembly. Existing material reports apply to the identified sample and stated test scope.
