Define the supplied component

Provide the finished drawing and identify tube body, end faces, grooves, flanges and holes. State which operations you will complete and which you want included in our quotation. Identify critical dimensions and the drawing revision.

Review the complete size combination

Send ID, OD, wall thickness, finished length and quantity together. Published production ranges are references; each diameter, thickness and length combination needs confirmation. Include one-piece requirements and any handling or delivery constraints.

Agree inspection and delivery

Include required material documents and inspection criteria, destination and project timing. We are familiar with material-documentation support for customers’ PVHO testing and evaluation. The finished chamber design and its approval remain part of the equipment project, separate from the material quotation.
