Provide outside diameter, wall thickness, required length and quantity. Add an inside diameter and tolerances where the tube connects with other components. For multiple cut lengths, list the quantity of each finished piece, end finish and any machining.
Transparent square and rectangular tubes have a maximum length of 3 m. Send the outside width, height, wall thickness and a profile drawing, with the length and quantity required.
For large quantities, provide one tube schedule showing each diameter, wall thickness, length and quantity. Include colour or finish, drawings, intended use, destination and required date. If the project needs staged deliveries, add the quantity and date for each stage.
We also supply extruded acrylic tubes for algae and seaweed cultivation projects, including large-quantity tube requirements. Send a system drawing or tube schedule so each diameter, wall thickness and finished length can be matched to the required quantity.
