Is your diameter an inside or outside measurement?

Mark inside diameter (ID) and outside diameter (OD) clearly on the drawing. If a person, instrument, lid or other component must fit inside the tube, identify the critical clear dimensions and tolerances. Also provide wall thickness, finished length and quantity. A diameter alone is not enough to define the supplied part.

One-piece tube or fabricated assembly?

Tell us whether the cylinder must be supplied in one piece, may be cut into shorter sections, or needs a fabricated or bonded arrangement. These are different supply requirements. Include the finished geometry, joint restrictions, handling access and delivery destination so production and transport can be considered together.

Published production ranges are references. Diameter, wall thickness and length must be reviewed as a combination; do not assume that the maximum values listed separately can all be supplied together or are in stock.

Thick-wall tube material

For chamber and equipment manufacturers. Send ID or OD, wall thickness, length, tolerances and the material documents needed.

Flanges and end machining

Provide flange dimensions, mating parts, holes, end details and the drawing revision for an agreed fabrication quote.

Application and documentation

For equipment or chamber applications, include operating conditions and project acceptance criteria. Kingsign has more than 10 years of thick acrylic tube production experience and is familiar with supporting material-related documents for customers' PVHO testing and evaluation. Document and inspection requirements are agreed for each order; this is not a claim of Kingsign PVHO certification or approval for a complete pressure assembly.

For aquarium use, explain whether you need tube material or a fabricated tank, and include the operating water depth, base and top arrangement, and drawings. If a complete tank is required, use the dedicated fish tank enquiry form so the tank details are captured.
