Pattern Acrylic Rods: Sample and Cutting Requirements

For patterned acrylic rod orders, the pattern reference, cut direction and finished piece size help define the appearance required. Photos can narrow the selection, while a physical sample helps confirm the material for the design.

Provide the diameter or cross-section, finished lengths, quantity and application. Tell us whether several parts need a coordinated appearance and which surfaces will be visible after cutting. Available lengths depend on the chosen cast rod design and diameter. Send drawings for holes, grooves or other machining so the raw material and finished parts can be quoted on the same basis.
