Send the reference as well as the name

Include the specified production method, material grade or supplier reference where available. Tell us whether an equivalent material may be considered. A short label alone does not describe all the material and acceptance requirements.

Define profile and finished lengths

For round tube, provide OD, wall thickness and length. For square or rectangular tube, add width, height and a profile drawing. List each cut length, quantity, tolerance, end finish and any machining.
