Acrylic Rods: Choose the Profile, Finish and Process

Kingsign supplies acrylic rods for fabrication, displays and decorative components. Start with the required cross-section and appearance: clear round rod, bubble rod, shaped rod or a cast decorative pattern.

For round rods, state the diameter and finished length. For shaped profiles, send a cross-section drawing with dimensions. Extruded rod production can be specified to the required length; cast lengths depend on the diameter and pattern. Tell us if your drawing requires a particular process, tight tolerances, drilled holes or polished ends so these can be reviewed before quotation.

What to send for a quotation

Application, colour, diameter or profile dimensions, finished length, quantity and delivery country / city. Add a drawing for machining and tell us your required date.
